What makes a great leader?
Great leaders are those who are continuously learning, adjusting, changing and progressing, no matter what the situation or the environment. They take full responsibility for their decisions and their actions. They know their own strengths and weaknesses and intentionally surround themselves with excellent team members who have complementary talents.
Great leaders are role models of integrity and consistency, are master communicators and are competent in their chosen field.
Leaders, some very well-known, have derailed when at the top of their game. Why? Typically because they needed to change and could not. Either they did not know they had to change, or they knew they should change but did not know what to change or how to change. Leaders' performance, when rewarded with results and acknowledgements, is reinforced in that same leadership style. The blindspot is when the business environment changes, leaders usually keep doing the same things in the same way. Don't be a leadership casuality!

Whatever leadership capacities you need to build or improve, we will assist you to identify them and build them. Become your true potential as a great leader.
Strenghts to build upon and your areas of challenge to improve.
Prepare yourself for an exciting adventure into excellent leadership. You and other leaders will work as a team to solve real business issues. As a team you will be given rules and requirements that must be met. Each leadership team will compete with other teams and be evaluated on what and how you accomplished the goals.
1) Interview with one of our consultant/coaches to identify your goals for this program.
2) Participate in a multi-rater (360) feedback assessment with interpretation session with a coach to determine your leadership edge and your challenges.
3) Five Phase Business Reality Game (5 day program):
~~ Educational sessions on a variety of business topics to be used in the day's activity
~~ Team planning session to solve the assigned scenario
~~ Execution and experience of the team's assignment
~~ Invidual and team reflection on the assignment; feedback to each other and from the coach
~~ Between session assignments; preparation for next session
~~ Team results presentation preparation
~~ Team presentations and judges' evaluation and scoring
~~ Award ceremony and celebration on the final evening
Your customized coaching and ongoing leadership development program:
5) Team and personal coaching during the Business Reality Game and 5 additional months of structured coaching.
6) Attendance at two Learning Labs targeted to improve your specific leadership skills.
7) Monthly teleconferences with all teams present to discuss progress and challenges.
